Step back in time to 1929 and prepare for an unforgettable night at The Moonshine Murder & Other Acts of Prohibition! As soon as the Luna Lounge doors open, the action begins. Arrive early to soak in the lively atmosphere of a New York speakeasy, complete with music, comfortable seating and signature cocktails crafted for the occasion. The room buzzes with bootleggers, gangsters, and flappers dancing The Charleston. But don't get too comfortable—this isn’t just any night at the club. When the music stops, someone is going to be murdered, and you’ll be right in the thick of it.
With colorful characters weaving through the audience, this is more than a show; it’s an interactive experience. Each guest can play detective (or accomplice) as much or as little as they wish. Bribes, secrets, and surprises are the currency of the evening, and every twist depends on your votes. Will the killer be unmasked, or will they get away with it? In this world of jazz, prohibition, and back-alley deals, nothing is what it seems. For the next two hours, eat, drink, laugh, and solve the crime—but remember, at the Luna Lounge, someone always ends up swimmin’ with the fishes!

At The Moonshine Murder & Other Acts of Prohibition, the food is as much a star of the evening as the show itself.
Mama Scarpelli and the Lakeside Inn culinary brigade have cooked up a mouthwatering three course meal for you to enjoy during the performance. Coffee and Tea are included and additional refreshments are available for purchase.
Most dietary requests can be accommodated if the request is made in advance. Vegan, Gluten Free and Low Sodium options are available. Please let us know when you book your reservation.
Your dining experience begins with a fresh house salad, followed by your chosen entrée, and concludes with a delectable dessert—all served tableside with dinner rolls, butter, and ice water. This is not a buffet! each course is prepared and presented with care. The specific menu for the Lakeside Inn performances will be available in January.
To complement your meal, bottled beer, wines by the glass or bottle, and signature cocktails are available for purchase throughout the evening.
